To provide animal control services to the public in the most effective, efficient and courteous means possible. We will provide professional, proactive enforcement of Volusia County Code of Ordinances chapter 14 and the State Statutes pertaining to animals. We will promote responsible pet ownership by individual contact and community outreach programs.
